Now I don’t see the connection between the junk food and this eerie and freakishly interactive game but at least I finished it. One scary game at a time.

I was watching TV one sunday morning and saw a video by Nancy Castiglione also known as Nancy Jane. I noticed how cool her logo with the outlining as it glows. The feeling of the music video did go well with the genre of the song, pretty much getting the attention of people who are into this kind of music or people appreciating the visual presentation. Though I heard/saw some flaws, let’s just support her first attempt! 
BTW the album’s has awesome works, can someone share with us who made it?
Creative Commons Philippines
For you guys who can’t license your work (music, artwork etc) because you’re either lazy, don’t have money, or don’t know how to do it, Philippines now has Creative Commons License Process, the ones used in some site image sites like deviantart or flickr to protect owner’s images from being used freely by others (like selling it in the internet or claiming it was his/hers). Also they just released their maiden issue of their newsletter that talks about the progress CC PH.
Now I do wonder if this will lessen the people who claim stuff in the internet just because they just “tumbled” on the file through Google? LOL

Yeah yeah, the previous post says it’s Mr. Alien but I like the word ’squish’ more. Eheheh ….
I was having a hard time illustrating in the blue material used for the doll, the red, black and yellow marker won’t create a solid color in the and it bleeds. I was also planning to use orange to at least just give the yellow or red a gradient feeling…however the store here who sells markers don’t have that. How about White? Touch n Go (white erasers for our b-pens)? I don’t think so. For thin lines to outline I used normal drawing pens…homm beginner in illustrating cloth material.
Manikako
The company I’m working for gave us dolls from Manikako, a fundraising event that gives free art workshop for the Filipino children. A little bit of creative freedom, they asked us to make one for the exhibit in Podium starting Feb 23 — hopefully there will be an extended period as I havent done anything for the future ‘Mr Alien’ done (bluish little bugger).

Pownce is now open to the public!
I just received a mail that Pownce is now open, unlike the invitation gmail did back then (…wait are they still doing that? XD). I was thinking how did I get this message when I remembered I asked somebody to invite me since I liked the layout. When I got in, I realized I have so many social networking accounts at that time that well, I gradually forgotten about this site…
… Anyhoo.
Pownce options are very minimal as it has only 4 tools: Message, Link, File and Event, that seemed a-ok for people with less worries and just need to give their friends a quick update about them. I’m a little worried if they made the file transfer bigger than the invitation days wherein I was a little screwed with the 10mb only file transfer back then har. Also, I have to admit I had this feeling of twitter-ness when I was fooling around the site but with much more boost to the microblogging madness — with a very simple app (you need Adobe AIR for that though XD)
